If you need some assistance to help remove and deliver items from a clearance to another address we can help you, often free of charge if the address is only a few miles away from the property clearance. Likewise if you need some items taking to a storage container or facility, again we can help you.

We can donate items to your own charity of choice for you

Although we have our own list of preferred charities we work with and like to donate to, we understand that for many of our customers they may have a favourite charity of their own that isn’t on our list. If you want us to donate items from a clearance to your favoured charity we can help you free of charge.

If you are not present at the property we can help you with…

If you cannot be present at the property we can read the electricity and gas meter for you, collect keys from an estate agent, solicitor or other 3rd party and then hand them back and we can also forward any mail onto you.

We can help you dispose of any vehicle at the property

If there is a vehicle or a number of vehicles at the property we can help you dispose of the vehicle using our vast contacts. We can either help you recoup some money from scrapping the vehicle, help you sell the vehicle or we can even buy the vehicle from you if it is a classic car or in very good working order and condition.
