Nationwide were appointed to clear a void second floor 1 bedroom flat in Rhyl, Denbighshire. The property had been left in quite a state by the previous tenants who had not paid their rent for several months and were anti-social.

The owner, having won a court case to evict the tenants, called us to carry out the clearance so he could carry out renovations. We sent 3 of our insured and licenced men and it took them less than 2 hours to clear the flat.

They removed several bulky items of furniture such as a double bed, white goods, a 3-piece suite and other misc items.

The men also removed about 20 black bags worth of clutter and junk from the flat.

In total they filled 1 van and recycled 50% of the contents, namely the textiles, paper, plastics and scrap metal.
