Nationwide were appointed to clear a large void 3 bedroom end of terrace cottage in Newcastle, Tyneside. We also had to carry out a one off deep clean and clear a shed and out house building also.

We sent 4 of our expertly trained and highly experience men to carry out the works and it took them 6 hours to clear and clean the property.

The end of terrace home had been let out to a family who for some reason decided to leave it void with the owner several months of rent out of pocket. After a successful legal case to have the property emptied we were called to do the job.

We removed lots of bulky furniture, bags, clothing, bric-a-brac and other house-hold items.

It took 2 full van loads with 70% recycled.
