We were appointed to carry out a cluttered and verminous house clearance of a large 4 bedroom terraced house in Welling, Bexley & Greater London. The property was badly cluttered downstairs and contained verminous waste in the form of mice droppings and human feces. There was also decaying food waste in the kitchen, bathroom and in the living room.

Upstairs, the 4 bedrooms were also cluttered, but contained mainly large bulky items of furniture such as beds, wardrobes, dressing tables and other misc items.

The bathroom was particularly grimy, containing human feces.

The property also contained a lot of general clutter such as clothing, bedding and lots of pieces of wood and metal (the owner had been a joiner and metal worker). We sent 2 of our large vans and 6 of our fully uniformed, experienced and highly professional men who arrived at 8.00am and by 5.00pm had the property fully cleared.

Using 2 vans it took the men a total of 9 hours to clear the house and 6 van loads, with 55% of the contents recycled. Namely the clothing, bric-a-brac which was donated to a favoured charity of the customer’s choosing, and the wood and metal.
