Nationwide were appointed to carry out a verminous and cluttered clearance of a 3 bedroom semi-detached house in Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent. We also had to carry out a one-off deep clean of the property. There had been an unattended death in the property of one week too.
We sent 6 of our highly trained men and two of our large vans to complete the task. It took the men 9 hours to finish the job, arriving at 8.00am and finishing at 5.00pm. 75% of the contents were recycled.
The property contained human feces, human blood and mice droppings but the verminous waste was contained in only several areas of the property. It was also heavily cluttered.
The men removed clothing, bedding, bric-a-brac, several large items of furniture and lots of misc house-hold items. Once the vans were loaded the men carried out the deep-clean which took several hours.
