Nationwide House Clearance were appointed to carry out the clearance of a verminous and cluttered 2 bedroom semi-detached property in Newcastle, Tyneside. We also had to clear an outhouse building, remove all carpets and carry out an extreme one-off deep clean of the house.

We sent 6 of our fully licenced and uniformed men and 2 of our large jumbo luton box vans to clear the very cluttered and extremely verminous property which had been infested by mice. The property contained decaying food waste, human feces, animal feces, dead mice and sanitary waste.

It took the men 2 full days using 2 vans and 7 van loads to totally clear and clean the property. They removed several dead mice which had to be bagged labeled and disposed of correctly and lots of accumulated clutter in the form of clothing, toys, newspapers, magazines, empty food cartons, boxes and large bulky items of furniture.

Once the property was cleared the men deep-cleaned it. In total 35% of the contents were recycled namely wood, scrap metal and plastics. The rest was so badly contaminated by the mice the waste was non recyclable.
