We were appointed to carry out a cluttered and verminous house clearance of a 3 bedroom flat in Clapham, Greater London. The property was badly cluttered and also required a one-off deep clean.

The flat, located on the 3rd floor, contained decaying food waste, mice droppings and human and dog feces.

We sent 5 of our vastly experienced and highly trained staff along to the clearance using our large crew cab box van. It took the men all day to clear and clean the property, removing all the usual type of items from a cluttered and verminous property.

The men removed over 6 tonnes of waste from the property, using 5 van loads with 55% of the contents recycled, namely wood, metal, paper, textiles, cardboard and other misc recyclable materials.

We also found lots of silver, gold and costume jewelry, old photographs, old toys and antique dolls for the customer along with several items of important paperwork.
