We were appointed to clear a semi-cluttered 3 bedroom semi-detached house in Newcastle, Tyneside. We also had to clear a small outhouse building attached to the side of the property and the conservatory.

With the property being semi-cluttered and the customer having a long drive back to London that very same day, we decided to send 2 vans and 5 members of staff to the job in order to get it done as quickly as possible. The 5 men arrived at 9.00am and by lunchtime they had the property fully cleared.

The men removed the usual house-hold contents such as beds, wardrobes, sofas, dining table, wall units, shelving, a cane conservatory suite, rugs, white goods, clothing and lots and lots of misc bric-a-brac and other assorted junk. In total 2 vans were used with both packed full from floor to roof and back to front. 90% of the contents were recycled.
