Nationwide were appointed to clear a run down old public house in Marlborough, Wiltshire. The property had been bought by two private individuals who were planning on converting it into a large home.
We sent one of our large luton box van’s and three members of our fully insured and licenced property clearance staff who took 4 hours in total to complete the clearance.
The majority of the items needing removed were located on the ground floor with some items also on other floors. The men had to remove quite a lot of junk such as old pub chairs, stools, tables, glass and carpets.
There was also several boxes of Fosters pint glass-ware which were shared around staff members. In total it took two full van loads to clear the pub with 70% of the contents recycled.
