Nationwide were appointed by the NHS Litigation Authority to clear their large office in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. The office was situated on the 3rd and 4th floor of a large office complex and there was strictly no use of the lift.

Furthermore we had to park our 2 vans at the rear of the property, as access at the front was very poor. We estimated 2 days to carry out the total clearance and sent 8 of our fully uniformed and insured staff all in their PPE.

The men removed over 100 desks, 50 + filing cabinets, 50 + office chairs, over 2 tonnes of scrap metal, over 1 tonnes of misc office junk such as paperwork etc. and a large 5ft by 3ft safe weighing over 500kg. We also removed large quantities of WEEE Waste.

The 8 members of staff cleared the office in 1 and a half days, using two vans on the job and 8 full van loads were removed in total. We also filled a 20-yard skip with office junk etc. 100% of the office clearance was recycled with 60% donated to Community Transport in Newcastle, namely chairs, desks and filing cabinets.
