Nationwide were appointed to clear a 3 bedroom semi-detached property in Watford, Hertfordshire on behalf of Davis Gregory Solicitors.

We picked the keys up from a neighbour at 9.00am and had the property fully cleared in 2.5 hours. We removed all the large bulky items, one stained carpet and all the loose items.

Some of the bulkier items such as wardrobes and drawers had to be broken up to maximise room on the van. The entire contents were loaded into just the one van load and an estimated 70% of the household items were recycled.
