We were appointed to clear a 2 bedroom maisonette in Taunton, Somerset. The property was located on the second floor of the complex and contained no lift.

Three house clearance men turned up at the requested time of 10.30 and cleared a room at a time, starting in the main bedroom working their way through to the kitchen. The men removed one double bed, a single bed, one double wardrobe, a set of drawers, a dressing table, a single wardrobe, bedding, bric-a-brac, a 3 piece-suite and some white goods.

It took the men 1.5 hours to clear the property using one van load. 85% of the contents were recycled, with several items donated to a local charity favoured by the customer.
