We were appointed to clear a 3 bedroom semi-detached property in Sutton, Greater London. We also had to clear the garage.

We sent sent 3 of our highly trained, professional and uniformed men to the clearance and it took them 5 hours to clear the property in total.

The house was very dirty and badly cluttered. It had been vacant for over 10 years. The men removed all the clutter and junk and all of the carpets.

55% was recycled, mainly the wood, metal and cardboard and electrical items. We sadly couldn’t donate anything to charity from this particular clearance.
