We were appointed to clear a semi-cluttered property in Smethwick, West Midlands. We also had to clear the loft and garage. We sent 3 of our fully uniformed, insured and experienced staff to clear the rather large property which consisted of a large dining room, a living room, a kitchen and 4 bedrooms as well as loft space.

It took the men 6 full hours to clear the property, using 3 full van loads. The men removed the usual house-hold items such as beds, wardrobes, drawers, sofas, table and chairs, armchairs and other standard type of house furniture.

They also removed a large quantity of books, bric-a-brac, wood, scrap metal, clothing and bedding and other misc house-hold items. 75% of the contents were recycled, using a local licenced recycling centre and donating various items to charity.
