Nationwide were appointed to clear a small 1 bedroom downstairs flat in Newcastle Upon Tyne, Tyneside. Most of the items were already boxed and packed into the living-room making it easier for the 3 house clearance guys to clear the property which was carried out in 1 hour and in 1 full van load.

Several sofas were removed, a large fridge freezer, a washer, several units, a welsh dresser, 10-15 boxes of DVDs, CDs, games and books, several bags of clothing and various other items. 90% of the contents were recycled, with several charity shops happy to receive the reusable items.

It had been snowing heavily in the area, but that doesn’t prevent us from carrying out property clearances.
