Nationwide were appointed to clear a 3 bedroom semi-detached property in Montrose, Angus. We also had to clear the garage.

This was a short notice type of clearance as the contracts had suddenly exchanged and the new owners wanted to complete by the end of the week. We arrived at the property on the Wednesday following a call on the Monday. Turning up at 9.00am our 3 fully uniformed, insured and licenced men got to work straight away, clearing the property in total within 5 hours.

The property was quite cluttered and contained lots of large bulky items and lots of lose misc items such as bedding, bric-a-brac and general house-hold junk.

Each room was cluttered, with cupboards full of junk dating as far back as the 1950s. It took the men 3 full van loads to clear the property with 70% recycled. Many items were donated to the RSPCA as requested by the customer.
