Nationwide were appointed to clear a 2 bedroom terraced property in Monifieth, Angus.

Our 3 fully uniformed, insured and experienced members of staff arrived at 9.30am in their large luton box van and it took the men under 2 hours to clear the property in total.

They started in the kitchen removing pots and pans, a fridge freezer, a microwave, a washer, a cooker and general bric-a-brac.

In the dining room they removed a sideboard, a tea trolley, a desk, an armchair, a small table, a wall unit, a corner unit and a fold down table and chairs.

In the living room the men removed a two-seater sofa, a large arm chair, nested tables, a stand up lamp, bric-a-brac and other misc junk.

In the large bedroom they removed a double bed, wardrobes, a chest of drawers, a desk like dressing table, bedding and misc items.

In the smaller second bedroom they removed a single bed, a wardrobe, a wall unit and misc bric-a-brac and assorted junk.

It took 1 full van load to clear the property with 80% recycled. Several items were donated to a local Cancer Research charity shop on request from the customer.
