Nationwide were appointed to clear a 2 bedroom semi-detached house in Maidenhead, Berkshire. The property belonged to the local council so all fixtures and fittings had to be removed.

Our 3 fully insured and licenced men cleared the upstairs first, removing the beds, wardrobes, drawers, bedding and clothing before removing the carpets, underlay and curtains. They also removed the lino from the bathroom.

Downstairs the men removed a 3-piece suite, a dining room suite, an armchair, TV, coffee table, wall unit, book case, bric-a-brac, carpets, underlay and curtains as well as wall pictures and mirrors. In the kitchen the men removed the white goods, cleaning products, pots and pans and the lino.

From the garage the men removed an old bike, a chest freezer, wood, some scrap metal and other misc junk. In total it took the men 3 hours to clear the property completely, using 2 van loads. 55% of the contents were recycled.
