Nationwide were appointed to clear a 3 bedroom bungalow in Chester-le-Street, County Durham. We sent 3 of our fully uniformed and fully licenced property clearance men to carry out the clearance.

Because the customer was from Hull, the clearance was arranged for a Saturday afternoon which is a date we can work, even Sunday’s. Our men arrived at 2.30pm and were asked to remove several large items from the property which consisted of a single bed with a pull-out bed which contained two mattresses, a large Chesterfield leather sofa and two arm-chairs, a desk, two TVs, a wooden bureau, a shelving unit, a side-board, several arm-chairs and lots of books, clothing and other misc items.

The men were finished in one hour using one full van load. 90% of the contents were recycled with several items donated to a local charity shop.
