We were appointed to clear a 1 bedroom bedsit in a residential home in Bilston, West Midlands. We sent 3 of our fully licenced, fully insured and fully uniformed men to carry out the clearance and it took them 30 minutes to complete the task.

They first went into the small bedroom and removed a single wardrobe, a set of drawers, some boxes of bedding and a single bed base. They then cleared the hall-way and cupboards of misc house-hold items before clearing the living room which contained an arm chair, a TV and stand, a side board and a table and some other items. In the kitchen the men removed a fridge freezer, a microwave and bric-a-brac.

Less than a full van was used and 90% of the contents were recycled, with a local charity shop receiving items that were reusable such as the table and chairs, wardrobe, sideboard, microwave, bedding, bric-a-brac and fridge freezer.
