Nationwide were appointed to clear a somewhat cluttered 2 bedroom semi-detached property in Banff, Aberdeenshire. We also had to clear the loft and clean the property too.

Due to the property needing cleaned and being semi-cluttered we sent 4 members of our highly skilled, trained, insured and fully uniformed men to carry out the clear and clean and they had everything completed within 5 hours.

The men tackled the loft first, removing old boxes of junk and other assorted items. They then moved onto the large bedroom – removing a large double bed, a bedroom suite, a chest of drawers and a blanket box and lots of bedding and bric-a-brac.

Into the other smaller bedroom the men removed a single bed, a wardrobe and other misc items including rugs and soft furnishings.

In the living room the men removed a coffee table, a leather 3 piece suite and lots of bric-a-brac. From the dining room the men removed a table and 6 chairs, a large wall unit and other items. In the kitchen the men removed a chest freezer, a washer, a fridge freezer and lots of kitchenware.

Once the men emptied the property they then had to remove all the carpets and underlay as this was a council property and they then carried out a one-off deep clean.

In total it took 3 van loads to clear with 70% recycled. Lots of the bric-a-brac and more usable items of furniture were donated to charity on request of the customer who favoured the RSPCA and The British Heart Foundation.
