Nationwide were appointed to clear a 3 bedroom semi-detached house in Alnwick, Northumberland. We also had to clear the outhouse building.

We sent two vans to the property as we had a further clearance in the area that day and didn’t want to be late for the second clearance. With two vans and four men the property was cleared in 2 hours using 2 van loads. One van load was donated to a local charity and the rest was sent to a local recycling centre for recycling. 75% of the contents were recycled.

The men removed 2 large double beds, 2 single beds, several wardrobes, drawers and a large dressing table. They also removed a large 3 piece suite, a few armchairs, a dining room suite, misc house-hold junk and various other house contents. All carpets and underlay was removed too as the property was a council owned home.
