We were appointed to carry out the clearance of a cluttered 3 bedroom terraced house in Poulton-le-Fylde, Lancashire. The clearance was booked in as a standard clearance, but when the guys arrived at the property it was clear that this was no ordinary clearance.

Usually on cluttered clearances we send more than 3 men because these type of clearances take much longer and more van loads, but the men were happy to carry out the clearance.

50% of the contents were recycled, such as the wood, scrap metal, cardboard etc.
