We were appointed to carry out the clearance of a rather cluttered 3 bedroom semi-detached property in Edinburgh, Scotland. We also had to clear the loft, remove carpets, clear 2 sheds, an outhouse building and also remove a boat from the rear garden.

We sent 2 of our large jumbo luton box vans and 5 of our trusted, experienced, professional and fully insured men to carry out the clearance. We were under strict instructions from the customer to get the property cleared as quickly as property as he only had one day left in the country.

It took the men all day to clear the property, using 4 van loads and recycling a massive 90% of the contents. The property, although cluttered, was very clean.

The men removed beds, wardrobes, a sofa, armchairs, white goods, tools, clothing, books, bric-a-brac, bedding and other assorted house contents. They also found war medals, jewelry and other valuables for the customer.

We donated several of the cleaner and more reusable items of furniture and lots of bric-a-brac and clothing to The British Heart Foundation and Cancer Research UK, two of our favourite charities.
