All of our vehicles are manned by 3, contain no sign-writing for your discretion, are new, fully insured and fully compliant. Furthermore our vans are all capable of carrying upto one tonnes of waste which usually means a 2 bedroom property can be cleared in one full van load.

We can collect keys from a neighbour, a family representitive, estate agent, solicitor or you can post them to us. We regularly clear properties without anyone being present. If you don’t have the time or ability to be present for a property clearance that doesn’t bother us. We will collect the keys from any 3rd party or again, you can post keys to us.
